Tegan Barnett
Mortgage Broker
Tegan began with Pathway in 2018 processing applications from submission through to settlement and quickly became a qualified Broker in 2019.
Tegan is also a qualified Property Valuer, mainly working on mortgage security valuations. Her 9 years in this role prior to switching to finance has provided her with excellent knowledge in all areas of property. Prior to this she worked for Valex (popular banking valuation platform) and Rpdata (Core Logic) in compliance and disputes.
Tegan is also the mother of the full-on, Freddie, and her and her Partner, Pete, own an apple cider business - Lenswood Cider.

Peter’s experience in the business and finance industry makes him a highly qualified and trusted adviser.

Nathan Gillard

Nathan brings close to ten years of mixed experience working in the finance sector to the Pathway team. Over this time he has worked across credit unions, major banks and the non-banking sector providing him with holistic approach to all forms of lending in his management roles.
No matter the role, Nathan values good old customer service. This, combined with his diverse knowledge of lending products enables him to deliver a customized solution, no matter how simple or complex, to best meet his clients’ needs.
During his time supporting Brokers to place loans in the non-broking sector, he has experienced first hand what makes an exceptional broker – something that has been pivotal in shaping the Broker he is today.
Renee Goldsbro
Mortgage Broker
Renee has been with Pathway for nearly 15 years, predominantly in loan processing however over the last 2 years in broking. Prior to this, Renee was in financial planning.
"I love finding a solution for people to meet their goals. Even when working with some tricky situations, it's very rewarding to find a solution that works for my clients. I enjoy processing from end-to-end to achieve that result. Working on the processing side for many years has given me a good knowledge of how the lenders work and what they require.
