Directors
The founders & current directors of Pathway Finance are Ted Nancarrow & Peter Gillard, they strive to deliver financial solutions to meet the individual needs of their clients.

Both Ted & Peter have extensive experience within the banking industry. Ted has over 40 years experience with Bank SA & ING Bank in senior management & more recently 7 years in the Finance Broking Industry. Peter has over 25 years banking & finance experience which included working for Bank SA, Challenge Bank & Citibank & held senior management positions.

Loan Consultant
Sue Campbell joined Pathway Mortgage & Finance in 2010 as a Loan Consultant, bringing with her 6 years of mortgage broking experience assisting clients to reach their financial goals.


The financial/banking knowledge that Ted, Peter and Sue have accumulated over the years now translates to being able to provide a professional & knowledgeable service to all clients. This experience provides a comprehensive understanding of over 20 financial institutions, credit policies & products, which ensures the best possible lending solutions & loan structures are provided to their customers.

Ted, Peter and Sue are available to provide information to clients looking to enter the property market for the first time, clients looking to purchase their second home or plan their property investment portfolio.
